ALINA BIXBY

Hi! My name is Alina, and I was born and raised in Redondo Beach, California. I began writing songs right after graduating college, during the pandemic. I witnessed a beautiful synthesis of family karaoke nights, angsty teenage poetry, and begrudged childhood piano lessons. Now, my keyboard and Notes app are a second diary, a close confidante. 

I currently make music alongside my full-time job as a management analyst in local government. I also love other expressive hobbies like drawing, storytelling, and learning French and Spanish. I have about three more albums' worth of songs (and counting) to produce when I have the time and money. I don't know when, why, or how the songs come, but when they do, I've gotta get 'em out. Like sneezes.
